The Dragon Tree - Icod de los Vinos

The dragon tree is more than 1000 years old, and is usually the goal of tourists coming to Icod. But do yourself a favour and take a look around the town centre as well - it's a beautiful old town with a lot of atmosphere.

Here is a view of the dragon tree seen from the West, outside the area where you have to pay an entrance fee. It's on a roadside where a tourist bus can't really stop, so you need a bit of time to get there on foot.
